If the umbrellas I rent are lost or damaged I understand this policy: All responsibility for the rental items remains with the customer from the delivery date to the date they arrive back to Bella Umbrella. Please note the careful way your umbrellas arrive with their tips and handles protected. Re-pack them back up carefully. If an umbrella is lost or damaged, a replacement charge will be applied. This charge is typically equal to eight (8) times the rental price for each umbrella. The replacement charge is in addition to the original rental price. *
